RETURNS EXCHANGES SHIPPING
We want your shopping experience with us to be simple and easy. All items must be authorized before returning them to us.
Can I return an unwanted item?
You may return any unused, undamaged item (in the original packaging) within 15 days of the purchased date. Please notify us by email at admin@korinstincts.com so that we may supply you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Your return must have the Return Authorization Number (RAN)# on the outside package. Failure to follow the return instructions may delay refunds.
We will not accept any item returned after 15 days of the original purchase date.
Change Your mind.
If you change your mind, we will send a FREE shipping label to return the item within seven business days ONLY from the delivered date.
Item didn’t fit.
It’s the internet we understand when buying items online, we will be happy to exchange your item or return your items.

How will my return be processed, and how long does it take?
Domestic Customers: All refunds (including canceled orders) will be refunded once the item is received. The refund amount may take up to 3-5 business depending on the method of payment.
International Customers: Not shipping outside the US at this time.
Unethical Purchases
We stand behind our products, and if you are not satisfied, we want to make things right. However, each purchase is a case-by-case decision, and if we feel someone is involved with unethical intent or in attempt to publicly defame Kor, our staff or products, NO refund will be provided and all documentation will be provided to proper reporting authorities, including any social media outlets used against us.

Exchanges
For the best service and solution, please email us directly at admin@korinstincts.com, or international customers call 1 800-976-5677 for assistance. Customer service will assist with returning the original items and provide a return shipping label and Return Authorization Number (RAN).
*Food, water, and PPE (personal protection equipment) such as face mask items are not eligible for refunds once the items have shipped from our warehouse.
Stolen package
*If the shipping company confirms the product was delivered to the address you supplied, but you never received it, it may have been stolen. Contact (UPS, USPS, FedEx) support to file a stolen package report with that shipping company to resolve this. Send us proof of the submission if the shipping company does not refund the purchase price within 30 days. We value you as a customer and will make it right by giving you a store credit. (One occurrence per calendar year no exceptions) The purchase price is limited to $200.
