The Survival Candle

Ever been caught in a wind storm looking for a flashlight or lighter to light a candle? My people put together what they believe to be a small survival kit, or survival gear that can be used at a moments notice. Rarely do we plan on emergency situations that might require a minimum of 72 hours without lights or without the help of emergency response systems that are put in place if we need them.

Fema says that everyone should have a plan in case of a natural disaster or emergency situation for 72 hours but we say be prepared for at least 3 weeks on what you have put in place to survive for you and your family. If you have been living under a rock you should know that emergency situations come out of know where. Back in 2005 hurricane Katrina decimated New Orleans and it took years for those effected to recover. Most of the survivors were caught off guard and little or no emergency help for months. We are starting to see natural events from fires, earthquakes, hurricane, tornadoes and tsunamis.

Being prepared doesn’t mean you have to become this life long prepper or paranoid person it just means prepare for the worst and hope for the best so your a head of the game.
It’s not a matter if but when! After volunteering for my local CERT and Search and Rescue teams. I’ve learned several techniques on how to use certain items several different ways that others would consider trash.

The survival candle can be made for several different scenarios which range from wind storm, camping, hiking, bugout bag and/or emergency situations. It works amazingly long and can be ignited quickly for several hours. We want to give you the tools to help supply you with for what we can “basic survival” preparedness. Once you begin you can become creative and began preparing for the unknown. I grew up around survivalist that reminded me that “no one person” knows everything about survival but you will learn all you have to do is start and add on from there.

Survival gear can mean several different things depending on who your ask, here at KOR survival stands for being prepared and ready for situations or events that can stress you to the point of panic. We want to teach you how to manage your emotions knowing you have the basic skills so you stop and think observe your situation and set a plan and use what you have to get yourself out of whatever predicament you are in. We created a survival candle anyone can make and have to be used to make your situation less stressful. Click this button and download your free guide
